Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated online marketing expert with a minimum of five years of marketing/customer acquisition experience. Experience with subscription/renewal-based eCommerce businesses is preferred, but we will certainly consider a direct marketing superstar without a heavy subscription background. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director of Acquisition Marketing will help set the strategic direction of our acquisition marketing programs for our multi-brand organization to help us achieve our new customer, subscription and contribution goals.

Specific responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
* Developing and executing customer acquisition programs principally through online marketing channels (most prominently, SEM, SEO, affiliate, display and email) that meet the company's revenue and contribution goals
* Driving the strategic direction of the acquisition marketing program and working closely with the retention marketing team to ensure a smooth transition from first order through to subscription and replenishment and cross-sell efforts
* Leading both the internal marketing team and external agencies critical to the company's marketing success
* Monitoring and analyzing key business metrics (e.g., registrations, subscriptions, acquisition cost, lifetime value (LTV)) on a campaign-by-campaign basis, and taking appropriate action based upon such analysis
* Developing and maintaining relationships with all key marketing partners
* Negotiating advertising relationships with a variety of different partners, both online and offline
* Managing the marketing creative development process to ensure the process is constantly optimized
